1. What we collect
We collect the details you enter into the agreement form (names, addresses, property details, rent amounts), your email address at checkout, and payment confirmation data returned by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
2. How we use it
Your form details are used solely to generate your document. Your email is used to confirm your order and deliver your document. Payment identifiers are stored to reconcile transactions and support refunds.
3. Draft data in your browser
While you fill the form, your draft is saved locally in your own browser so you don't lose progress. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run ContractWala — our hosting and database provider, our AI drafting provider, and Razorpay for payments. We never sell your personal data.
5. Retention
Order records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your personal details at any time.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable period.
