ContractWala provides AI-generated legal document drafts, including Leave and License (rental) agreements, prepared for use in India. By using this website you agree to these Terms.
2. Not legal advice
Documents generated by ContractWala are informational drafts only and do not constitute legal advice. No advocate–client relationship is created. For high-value or disputed matters, consult a qualified Indian advocate before signing.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter, for reviewing the draft before use, and for complying with applicable stamp duty and registration requirements in your state.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Because documents are delivered instantly upon payment, orders are generally non-refundable. If a technical failure prevents delivery, contact us and we will re-issue the document or refund the amount.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractWala's total liability for any claim relating to a document is limited to the amount you paid for that document.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
